Live Q&As

Live Q&As are great for getting both Kris's perspective and guidance as well as that of your fellow campers on your burning culture questions!  They are also a great opportunity to learn from and contribute your suggestions to your fellow campers' culture conundrums.

Oftentimes Kris will also deep dive on particular topics of interest or impact in the world at large. We explore and work through what's happening in today's leadership landscape to be able to enter back into our respective spaces with confidence and knowledge.  

Fireside Chats

Fireside Chats are perfect when you have a complex culture challenge that requires sharing significant background and details.  These are also great if you need a little more privacy with the challenge your facing. Here you will receive one on one consultation with Kris where she will provide you with direct and specific expertise and guidance. 

In short, our Fireside Chats provide the safe and private space to get direct consulting from Kris! 

Facilitated Culture Mastermind

Our Facilitated Culture Mastermind is a collaborative event that brings all our campers together with live training, tasking, and breakout rooms on a specific topic facilitated by Kris. 

Many activities and interactions are practical and can be translated to be used with your team, with you as the facilitator! 

Culture Champion Spotlight

Kris' network is vast and filled with incredible culture leaders that align deeply with our own pillars of Known, Matter, & Included. Not only are these Culture Champions running and working with successful businesses, but they also have incredibly thriving workplaces that are positive, inclusive, and high performing. 

These aren't social "influencers" that talk the talk. These are real people in the workplace walking the walk, and you get access to them in a way that only their teams and organizations normally get to!
